H&C sandwitch
Ketchup
pineapple chunks
salad

Dinner
1 cup chili & onions
celery sticks with FF dressing
more pineapple
Lemon water
Total points 25
I am not a mistake God planned me and has a plan for me to succeed and not to fail. So I need to give up on my fatalistic mentality and surrender to God my everything.
